    • Yes. We simply changed our name to avoid confusion between our old and new platforms.
  • Who owns shop4myteam?
    • Ares Sportswear owns shop4myteam- so the same great service and quality you had with myfanstand will carry over.
  • Why the change?
    • Our old system had limitations and was unable to provide the user experience we believe our customers (and yours) deserve. This includes mobile friendly shopping, paypal integration, store owner reporting, and more.
  • I have an open fanstand- what happens to my store/orders/etc
    • We are currently moving all open fanstands to our new platform. Existing orders are unaffected and will be carried over to the new platform on the backend. If at any time you would like an update or want to check on the status of your store or have any other questions/concerns feel free to call us at 800.439.8614 OR chat us up on www.shop4myteam.com. We will do our best to help answer any questions you may have.
  • I was sent a link to a fanstand to place my order- ITS GONE! HELP!
